You’re invited to our showhome for a personalized tour and deeper conversation. We’ll explore your goals, preferred location, design inspirations, and overall vision. If the connection feels right, we’ll walk you through the next step: a preliminary agreement to begin bringing your dream to life.

This is also known as our Preliminary and/or Design Contract. With your vision clear, we move into the design phase. This is where inspiration meets structure—through surveys, meetings with our design team, and thoughtful planning, we’ll shape your layout, exterior elevations, timeline, and budget. This stage gives your dream its first real form.

With designs approved, we’ll finalize every detail—from floorplan and finishes to your build timeline, budget, and payment schedule. This contract becomes our shared blueprint. While changes can be made, they’ll be transparently priced and reviewed with you before moving forward.

You’re officially part of the Iron Rock family. We’ll send you a personalized Welcome Kit, complete with what to expect, timelines, and access to your secure client portal—your digital hub for updates, selections, and communication throughout the build.

Here’s where the magic happens. Your home begins to rise, and with it, your excitement. Through regular updates, face-to-face check-ins, and our online portal, you’ll stay connected every step of the way. Change orders are always an option—and always discussed clearly before anything shifts.
